Not much is seem from Tsugawa's appearance but his hair that seems to be spiky.

Tsugawa demonstrates being someone who acts based on what he thinks and make quick judgements, applying it in races.
Skills and Techniques[]
It is known that Tsugawa participates of Meiso's activities and has some cycling experience in the club. However, Tsugawa's skills as a cyclist are yet unknown.
Etymology[]
- The surname Tsugawa means "haven, port, harbor, ferry" (津) (tsu) and "river, stream" (川) (kawa/gawa).
