Tomihiro is a first-year student at Sohoku High School and a member of the Sohoku High Bicycle Racing Club who joined the club during the storyline's third year.
Skills and Techniques[]
It is known stated that Tomihiro participated of Sohoku's activities before and had some cycling experience in the club. However, Tomihiro so far had not demonstrated any noteworthy cycling abilities.
