Akira Tanaka is a student at Hakone Academy and a member of the Hakone Academy Bicycle Racing Club.
Skills and Techniques[]
It was briefly stated that Shin participates of Hakone's activities before and even attempted to become a regular member of the club. However, Shin was never seem riding and his skills as a cyclist are yet unknown.
Etymology[]
- The name Shin means "real, genuine" (真).
- Shin's surname Tanaka means "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta) and "middle" (中) (naka).

- It is not confirmed but there is a chance that Shin is the brother of Akira Tanaka.
- Despite having the same first name of Shin Yoshimoto and Shin Musashigawa, the kanjis used for them are different (Shin Tanaka being the "真", Shin Yoshimoto being the "進" and Shin Musashigawa being the "芯").
