Mr. Fukutomi is a former student at Hakone Academy and was a member of the Hakone Academy Bicycle Racing Club, serving as its founder and the one who led the club to its first victory.
Appearance[]
When young, Fukutomi had a short, spiky blond hair and eyebrows which differs from his hair color. After becoming an adult, his hair shortened and his face became rounder, aswell as getting some wrinkles on his cheeks.
Personality[]
Fukutomi tends to be a hard worker and serious about his workout overall. He is also the type of person who drag others into his activities based on his beliefs. If some person, specially his family, goes against his will, he can be stubborn and selfish about it and stand firm in his decisions.
Skills and Techniques[]
Although he was never seem riding, it is mentioned by Juichi Fukutomi that is father is used to long day rides due to his daily workout of riding thousands of kilometers in a row. It is implied that Mr. Fukutomi was highly skilled in bicycles and good enough to win races representing his club.
