Hirata is a student at the Jounan High School and a member from the Jounan High Bicycle Racing Club who represented the team in the 41st Summer Inter High.

Hirata has a dark brown spiky hair.
Personality[]
Hirata tends to be a competitive person who easily feels like that is being challenged and accepts it. He also appears to be easily surprised after seeing something out of the standard.
Skills and Techniques[]
As Hirata is known for participating of the Inter High and represent his team as a regular, it is implied that he is skillful enough to be stronger among the cyclists of his team and the teams from his prefecture. However, Hirata so far had not demonstrated any noteworthy cycling abilities.
Etymology[]
- The surname Hirata means "flat, broad, level, even, peaceful" (平) (hira) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta).
